Looking further each day

Our story
  • 1947 - 1970

Our narrative starts in Italy of reconstruction, where Cherubini's initial venture was a small metal-forging crafts company. No one could have predicted that it would be the start of a three-generation tale involving values, emotions, and attention to detail. The early years of the company, when it was prepared to enter Switzerland, the most competitive market, were also marked by the pursuit of novel solutions. Our development path started as a small handicraft company and led us to become a global provider of glass door accessories that met the strictest Swiss regulations.

  • 1970 - 1990

Our longing for rejuvenation was fuelled by the 1960s economic boom. Through reorganization, diversification, and offer extension, we were able to produce Venetian blind and roller shutter accessories.

The eighties saw Cherubini go through a time of consolidation and expansion as a result of expanding their product line to include the first sunshades and screens. During these crucial and busy years, the company's global vision was developed, and Geneva became the site of its first overseas commercial office. a first phase leading to the current global framework.

  • 1990 - 2000

Our path underwent yet another transformation near the close of the 20th century. We actually began developing the first electronic sunshade movement solutions at that time. This breakthrough would give us a boost and help us establish ourselves as authentic Made in Italy ambassadors, showcasing regional craftsmanship that could dominate the global market with a range of increasingly integrated manual and electronic operation.

  • 2000 - today

The new challenge was to combine electronics and home automation in cutting-edge solutions, able to offer customisable living comfort. We face it, aware of the importance of the history we had already experienced and of the horizons yet to be discovered, thanks to the cohesion and professionalism of our 180 collaborators and to theoperating branches in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, China, and Turkey.
